Full Spectrum of NY was formed in 1988 by Walter J. Edwards and Carlton A. Brown.
Full Spectrum is a real estate
development company that specializes in the development of high performance,
mixed-use projects in emerging urban markets, often in public/private
partnerships. Real estate development is the firm’s core business and is
responsible for approximately 97% of gross profit with the balance generated
from fee-for-service development, construction management or consulting.
All of its work incorporates
sustainable design which is intended to significantly reduce the consumption of
the earth’s natural resources, while increasing the value proposition to
end-users and the community by providing affordable housing and by meeting unmet
retail, commercial and cultural needs—triple bottom-line investment.
As a developer or a construction manager, Full Spectrum has been responsible for the production of more than one million square feet of residential, institutional and commercial real estate,
with some two million square feet currently in its pipeline.
