BAM - Site 4
Brooklyn, NY
New York City's Housing & Presevation Department along with the Brooklyn Academy of Music Cultural District named Full Spectrum as redeveloper of the future site of Danspace located at 600 Fulton St in downtown Brooklyn. The project includes 187 units of housing, 4,000 SF of retail and 40,000SF performance and studio space. As prominent contributors to Mayor Bloomberg's New Housing Marketplace plan, the partnership of Full Spectrum, studioMDA, SEG and Behnisch Architects recently was awarded Honorable Mention in the high profile NHNY Legacy Project in the Bronx. The continued collaboration represents our effort to leverage our expertise in affordable housing, sustainability and real estate development.
Old Capitol Green Master Plan
Jackson, MS
Full Spectrum has been designated as the Master Developer for a downtown site adjacent to the Old State Capitol. The sites currently are owned by Entergy and the State whose collective vision is to bring a new urbanism to the under-invested area. The mixed-use site as proposed will include residential and pre-leased commercial uses as well a hotel, theatre and support retail.
The World Trade Center building is a 670,000 SF office building on the waterfront in New Orleans, LA. Designed in the early 1960’s by Edward Durell Stone, the building was the first of 289 World Trade Centers in 85 countries. Full Spectrum will rehabilitate the existing World Trade Center building into a green residential and hotel building with 264 condos, 120 hotel rooms, one floor of conference space, a 25,000 SF Sports club associated with the hotel component, and a 5,000 SF museum dedicated to the history of New Orleans.
Trenton Town Center
New Jersey's Premier Green Mixed Use Development
Located in Downtown Trenton, New Jersey, Trenton Town Center will be one of the largest green developments in Northeastern US. With nearly 200 residential units, 8 retail units and 170,000 GSF of commercial Office Space, the development will for the first time in recent history bring large scale new construction to the downtown Capital City. Central to the project is the renovation of the former Bell Telephone switching station.
Cornerstone - Upper Manhattan
New York, NY
In 2006, Full Spectrum in Partnership with Genesis Partners, was designated on seven building sites around Northern Manhattan by New York City's Department of Housing, Preservation and Development. The seven buildings will include 103 residential units and 3 retail spaces. The residential portion will be 44% affordable to families making 80% AMI and the Hale House Pre-school learning center will be one of the retail tenants.
